Terms of Service

Bishop Personal Workspace is a private automation intended solely for use by its owner.

Purpose

The application assists its owner with personal Gmail, Calendar, Contacts, Drive, Docs, and Sheets tasks. It is not offered to the public and does not create accounts for other users.

Authorized use

The application may be used only by its owner and only in compliance with applicable laws, Google’s terms and policies, and the terms of any configured service provider. It must not be used to access data without authorization or to violate another person’s rights.

Third-party services

The application depends on services and software provided by third parties, including Google APIs, gog, OpenClaw, Cloudflare, and AI providers configured by the owner. Their availability and behavior are governed by their own terms and policies.

No warranty

The application is provided for personal use on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of uninterrupted operation, accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or freedom from errors. The owner remains responsible for reviewing consequential actions and outputs.

Changes and termination

The owner may change or discontinue the application at any time. Google access may be revoked through Google Account connections.

Use of Google user data is described in the Privacy Policy.
