Privacy Policy

Bishop Personal Workspace is a private, single-user automation operated for its owner. This policy explains how it accesses and uses Google user data.

Google data accessed

Depending on the owner’s requested task, the application may access:

• Gmail messages, metadata, labels, and relevant mailbox settings;
• Google Calendar calendars and events;
• Google Contacts and read-only directory information;
• Google Drive files and metadata;
• Google Docs documents; and
• Google Sheets spreadsheets.

How data is used

Google data is used solely to answer the owner’s requests and carry out owner-directed or owner-configured personal automations. Examples include finding information, summarizing content, organizing files, preparing responses, and creating or updating Workspace content.

Storage and retention

OAuth credentials are stored in the owner’s local gog credential store. Retrieved Google data may appear in local OpenClaw conversation transcripts, memories, logs, or files when necessary to complete a task. Those records remain under the owner’s control and are retained until removed under the owner’s local retention and deletion practices.

This informational website does not collect personal information and uses no cookies, analytics, advertising, forms, or user accounts.

Sharing and third-party processing

Google user data is not sold, rented, or used for advertising. It may be transmitted to Google APIs, the locally operated gog and OpenClaw software, and AI service providers selected by the owner when required to perform a requested task. Those providers process data under their respective terms and privacy policies. The application does not use Google user data to train generalized AI or machine-learning models. Data is not shared with unrelated third parties.

Google API Limited Use

Use of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.

Security

Reasonable safeguards are used, including local credential storage, restricted file permissions, and encrypted transport. No system can guarantee absolute security.

Control and deletion

The owner may stop access by removing the stored gog authorization or revoking the application from Google Account connections. Locally retained transcripts, memories, logs, and files can be deleted from the owner’s system.
